According to information from people who witnessed the incident, at around 2:15 p.m. on November 3, a young man driving an Exciter motorbike with license plate 37 - F1 654.20 on National Highway 1A in the direction of Vinh - Hanoi at high speed, when reaching the road section of Hamlet 5, Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City, suddenly collided with a motorbike rider with license plate 37M - 121.71 in the same direction.
The sudden turn of the steering wheel caused the two cars to fly about 20 meters apart. As a result, the two men hit their heads on the road and were seriously injured. They were taken to the emergency room in critical condition.
The cause of the incident is being investigated by Vinh City Police./.
