Transporting 90kg of animal organs and fat of unknown origin
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 24, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station handed over 90kg of animal organs and fat of unknown origin and without quarantine documents to Dien Chau Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Station for destruction according to law.

Previously, on July 22, on National Highway 1A, through Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, a passenger bus with license plate 18B.01404 driven by Bui Ngoc Viet, residing in Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province, was inspected.
The inspection discovered a styrofoam box on the vehicle containing 90kg of animal products including fat and foul-smelling organs.
The driver could not present relevant documents such as origin and quarantine certificate. Mr. Viet admitted to transporting the above animal products for customers from Ca Mau to Nam Dinh.
The driver was fined and had to pay 9,750,000 VND. All products were also destroyed.
