Therefore, on October 15, 1945, War Zone 4 (later Military Zone 4) was established. On December 16, 1945, along with the Operations, Intelligence, Military Forces agencies... the War Zone Command Office - the predecessor of the Party Committee Office - Military Zone 4 Command was established and this day became the traditional day of the Office.
