Implementing Directive 05, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office has strengthened leadership and direction in organizing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, associated with setting an example for leaders; focused on leading Party cells and Party members; included the content of activities on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in regular activities, increased thematic activities to train, cultivate morality and improve professional work efficiency.

Cadres and party members have developed plans and contents for self-training, maintaining qualities, ethics and lifestyle; have a firm stance and ideology, steadfast in Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought, upholding a sense of responsibility in work; seriously conducting self-criticism and criticism with a spirit of frankness, honesty and openness; actively fighting against corruption and waste.

Annual classification results show that 100% of party members have completed their tasks well, and 100% of cadres and party members have registered to work according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.

In 2017, the Provincial Party Committee Office launched a fundraising campaign with over 51 million VND to help mountainous communes assigned according to the decision of the Provincial People's Committee and Project 01-DA/TU of the Provincial Party Committee.

In the coming time, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office will continue to thoroughly grasp the importance, practical and long-term significance of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; improve the quality of Party cell activities; supplement and perfect ethical standards according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; implement Directive 05 CT/TW of the Politburo in conjunction with continuing to implement the Resolution of the 4th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee on strengthening Party building and rectification; prevent and repel the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.

At the conference, 2 collectives and 7 individuals were commended for their outstanding achievements in implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo.
