On the morning of April 21, on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), a delegation of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences visited the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site to respectfully offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.

During the working program in Nghe An, on the morning of April 9, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang - Member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and the working delegation worked in Con Cuong district. Also attending was comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
