“Writing like a chicken scratching”: Mr. Putin makes fun of his own handwriting
At a meeting of the Legislative Assembly, Russian President Vladimir Putin joked about his handwriting. Mr. Putin said that he himself could not figure out what he had written.

During the meeting with the Legislative Assembly, the Russian head of state habitually took notes and then commented on the proposals of senators and deputies. During his speech, Putin had to pause briefly to understand his own handwriting.
"I write like a chicken scratching its head, I can't figure it out myself. I'm in a hurry because there are so many interesting suggestions," he joked.
After a few seconds, Mr. Putin continued speaking.
