Viettel handed over the project to sponsor the renovation and upgrading of Khai Son Medical Station (Anh Son)
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 2, Viettel Military Industry - Telecommunications Group, Nghe An Department of Health and Anh Son District People's Committee jointly organized the inauguration and handover of the project to renovate and upgrade Khai Son Commune Health Station.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Xuan Hong - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Health, Major Nguyen Canh Hoa - Director of Viettel Nghe An and representative of Anh Son District People's Committee.

Responding to social security activities, Viettel Group has sponsored funds to renovate and upgrade Khai Son Medical Station. After more than 8 months of construction, the project has been completed and put into use with a building consisting of 3 working rooms with an area of 76m2.2 ; build 2 toilets; 1 garage; renovate 2 medical examination rooms, gate, fence of the Medical Station campus. The project is sponsored by Viettel with a total cost of 980 million VND.

Khai Son Commune Health Station was established in 1959. The project was renovated in 2005 and has now been degraded, affecting the work of doctors and medical examination and treatment services for local people.
The completed project will meet the medical examination and treatment needs of thousands of people in Khai Son commune and neighboring areas; at the same time, it will help improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, contributing to overcoming the situation of going beyond the district/provincial level.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major Nguyen Canh Hoa - Director of Viettel Nghe An affirmed that Viettel's business philosophy is always associated with social security and charity activities, in which health and education - the two areas of investment in people that Viettel always focuses on the most.
Particularly for Khai Son commune, Anh Son district, in 2017, Viettel Group sponsored the construction of Khai Son Primary School and auxiliary works with a total value of up to 12 billion VND. In addition, in recent years, Viettel Group in general and Viettel Nghe An in particular have implemented many meaningful programs with a total value of hundreds of billions of VND.
