After checking, it was determined that the error was due to the fuel gauge needle of Mr. Hoang Huu Duc (born in 1979, residing in Vinh City) being incorrect.

Previously, at around 8:10 a.m. on October 24, Mr. Duc drove his car with license plate number 37A - 321.99 into Nghi Phu gas station (Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city). There, Mr. Duc asked Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc, a store employee, to pump 500,000 VND worth of gas into his car's tank. After that, Mr. Duc drove out of the store.

However, about 10 minutes later, Mr. Duc drove back and said the staff here had underfilled the tank and asked for more gas to be pumped into the car. At that time, Ms. Ngoc was pumping gas for another car so she asked Mr. Duc to check the meter again.

Minutes were drawn up immediately after the incident occurred.

The two sides continued to argue, and in his anger, Mr. Duc snatched the gas pump trigger from Ms. Ngoc's hand, hit the employee in the head, and left. Ms. Ngoc screamed. Mr. Duc looked back and saw blood flowing from the female employee's head, so he ran over and put his arms around her head. After that, Mr. Duc helped Ms. Ngoc into the gas station to stop the bleeding and took her to the 115 Nghe An Hospital for emergency treatment.

After the incident, Mr. Duc publicly apologized to Ms. Ngoc and the store for not being able to stay calm, causing an unnecessary fight. Mr. Duc asked to cover all costs and take care of Ms. Ngoc.

Ms. Ngoc agreed to accept the customer's apology. At the same time, she accepted part of the blame when the customer was upset but still did not thoroughly resolve it, leading to the above collision situation.
