"These potholes have appeared for a whole week now. People have brought cement, sand and rock to patch them up several times, but when cars pass by, they sink and sink again. In the past few days, many students have slipped and fallen off their bikes on their way home from school," said Mr. Nguyen Van Bac (Dien An). |
