According to information from local people, on the evening of June 4, heavy rain continued to occur in Nhon Mai commune (Tuong Duong), causing serious erosion on National Highway 16, and some villages were isolated again.

Residents of Xoi Voi village, Nhon Mai commune, Tuong Duong district said that heavy rain continued to fall in the commune on the afternoon and evening of June 4. The prolonged rain caused rivers and streams to rise at a dizzying speed. Some streams and roads that had not been repaired after the flash flood on the night of May 29 were now eroded and collapsed again.
