The mobile swimming pool is designed to be 7m long, 5m wide, 1m high, with a removable iron frame on the outside and thick layers of canvas on the inside. The water level in the pool is maintained at a height of 0.6 - 0.8m. The construction cost is over 20 million VND. The pool is located in the yard of Thanh Khe Secondary School, which has a large space, a corrugated iron roof to protect against rain and sun, and 2 wells to regularly supply water to the pool.
Right at the opening ceremony, many local primary and secondary school students came to learn swimming. The school and local youth assigned 4 volunteers who are teachers and youth union members with a lot of swimming experience to take turns teaching the children how to swim.
All students who come to learn swimming here are completely free and are taught swimming systematically, scientifically, with close supervision and monitoring. The swimming pool schedule is in the afternoon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays of the week.
