'Free' car picks up special candidates for graduation exams
(Baonghean.vn) - In order to help candidates with special circumstances in the area take their graduation exams, the Thanh Chuong "zero-dong" car team has organized a thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service.
On the morning of June 28, the Thanh Chuong "zero-dong" car team organized to welcome two special candidates, Le Thu Quyen - a student of Thanh Chuong 3 High School and Nguyen Thi Hue - a student of Nguyen Sy Sach High School.

Le Thu Quyen from Lien Duc hamlet, Thanh Lien commune, just had an appendectomy at Thanh Chuong District General Hospital and returned home yesterday afternoon. Le Van Luat, a member of the "0 dong" taxi team, sent a taxi to pick her up at her house and take her to the exam site at Thanh Chuong 3 High School.
At the exam site, Quyen was moved and assisted into the exam room by a team of young volunteers using a wheelchair. The candidate took the first exam in a relaxed mood.

Nguyen Thi Hue, a resident of Thanh Luong commune, is currently hospitalized in Vinh City. Despite her poor health, she still tries to return home to take the graduation exam. Hue has good academic performance, with a 12th grade GPA of 7.9.
On the night of June 27, Mr. Nguyen Phung Uy - a member of the "0 dong" taxi team, sent a taxi to pick up Hue in Vinh City to take her home for the graduation exam. This morning, he continued to come to her house to take her to the exam site at Nguyen Sy Sach High School. Hue went to the exam in poor health, with a high fever.

The Thanh Chuong "free" car team will pick up and drop off these special candidates throughout the exam days, hoping to help them travel safely and feel comfortable mentally to do well on the exam.
In this exam, Thanh Chuong district has nearly 2,900 candidates taking the exam at 6 schools and 124 exam rooms. Students from Cat Ngan High School take the exam at Thanh Chuong 3 High School, students from the Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center take the exam at Nguyen Canh Chan High School.

In order to support candidates and parents taking their children to the exam, Thanh Chuong District Youth Union mobilized hundreds of union members and young people to organize a thoughtful exam support program at exam locations, with many activities such as guiding candidates to the exam, free parking, free luggage storage, free drinking water, free shuttle bus...
The Thanh Chuong "zero-dong" car team voluntarily and actively participated in the exam support activities. The team members were assigned to be on duty at the exam locations to pick up and drop off special candidates to the exam. Any unexpected incidents would be promptly supported by the team members.

Also this morning, at Nguyen Sy Sach High School, a candidate from Thanh Yen commune was late for the exam. The volunteer youth team at the exam site went to the candidate's house to pick him up and take the exam on time.
