Car carrying 40 people burned fiercely on the pass
The fire broke out at around 9:40 a.m. on February 21 on Phu Son Pass (National Highway 27, section in Phu Son Commune, Lam Ha District, Lam Dong) and burned down a 45-seat passenger bus.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Hoang - Head of Lam Ha District Police, said that at the time, passenger bus 49B-0726 driven by driver Nguyen Ngoc Linh (residing in Da Lat City) was traveling from Da Lat to Dak Lak. The bus was carrying more than 40 passengers.

The car was passing through Phu Son commune when it suddenly stopped. When the driver and the assistant got out to check, they discovered that the car was on fire from the rear, so they quickly used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire but it was unsuccessful, the fire kept getting bigger and bigger.
Just 30 minutes later, the bus was completely burned. “Fortunately, when the bus showed signs of catching fire, more than 40 passengers had already left the bus, so no one was injured,” said Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Hoang.
