Latest procedure for transferring ownership of non-owner vehicles that you may not know

Vehicles that have been transferred ownership to many people but lack or do not have ownership transfer documents will be registered and transferred according to the provisions of Circular 58/2020/TT-BCA.
Driving a vehicle without a registered owner can be fined up to 8 million VND.

This is one of the contents of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of road and railway traffic regulations, effective from January 1, 2020.
