According to witnesses, at the above time, a motorbike with license plate 37L1 - 44852 driven by a young man traveling from Nghia Dan - Cau Giat to km 13 + 500 was hit head-on by a motorbike with license plate 37L1 26711, with two young men on board, traveling in the opposite direction.

The strong collision caused both cars to fly to the side of the road, the front of both cars were crushed, and the two people in the car were injured and in extremely critical condition.

Immediately after the accident, Quynh My Commune Police promptly protected the scene and worked with Quynh Luu District Police to handle the incident.
