According to people who witnessed the accident, at the time, a young man was driving an Airblade motorbike with license plate 37B2-194.53 carrying 3 people sitting behind (1 female, 3 males) traveling from Hanoi to Vinh.

When arriving at block 5 of Cau Giat town, turning onto the road to Duc Tai - Tam Dat Coffee shop, he was suddenly hit by a motorbike with 3 young men (1 female, 2 males) sitting on it with license plate 37P4-5644.
The strong collision caused 7 young men on 2 motorbikes to fall onto the road, 1 young man on motorbike with license plate 37P4-5644 was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital by local people for emergency treatment.
Upon receiving the news, the Traffic Police Team of Quynh Luu District Police arrived at the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
