Car tire burst and crashed into bridge pier, 5 people trapped, driver in critical condition
(Baonghean.vn) - A 4-seat Kia car suddenly had a front tire explode and crashed into the toll station's bridge pier, seriously injuring 5 people in the car.
The accident occurred at 7:45 p.m. The 4-seat car with license plate 36A - 153.19 was traveling from Vinh to Thanh Hoa, when it suddenly exploded its front tire and veered into the left median. The driver tried to turn the wheel, so the car continued to move forward and crashed into the bridge abutment leading to the toll station.

All 5 people in the family, including the couple, 2 small children and a passenger, were trapped in the car. People immediately called the Fire Police Department No. 4 to dispatch 01 command vehicle and 01 specialized vehicle to the scene for emergency rescue.

The soldiers broke the door to rescue 5 people trapped inside, including the driver who was seriously injured and was promptly taken to the emergency room. At the same time, water was sprayed to prevent the car from exploding.
