Mr. Pham Van Chinh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Thanh Commune (Yen Thanh) said that about 4 km of Provincial Road 538E running through the commune was paved by the State since 2010, and is now seriously degraded. During the recent Tet holiday, to temporarily fix the situation for people to travel, the commune allocated funds to fill soil, gravel... in muddy areas, potholes, and buffalo holes. But after Tet, too many cars traveled, causing the road surface to be plowed again. This is a vital route passing through the area, with many types of vehicles participating in traffic every day, so the locality really hopes that the authorities will pay attention and soon repair and upgrade this route.
