The incident occurred at 7:50 a.m. on June 22, at the irrigation river section through Quynh Ba commune (Quynh Luu). At that time, a construction company's truck was preparing to go up the Cao bridge ramp to National Highway 48B through Quynh Ba commune when it suddenly lost control. At this time, the driver quickly kicked the door open and jumped out before the truck plunged into the river and sank.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident.
