According to witnesses at the scene, the Fadil van with license plate 37A-83312... was running on Nguyen Phong Sac street from the roundabout of Lenin street down to the stadium of Hung Dung ward. When it reached the intersection of Nguyen Phong Sac - Nguyen Binh Khiem street, it collided strongly with a 7-seat Fortuner with license plate 37S-9416.

The strong collision caused the Fadil car to flip over and over. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
