Handling 2 young men 'addicted' to revving up and doing 'wheelies' on National Highway 7A
(Baonghean.vn) - Not yet completing the procedure to pay the fine for violating the Traffic Law while driving a motorbike, 2 young men went home to get another motorbike to continue "wheelieing".
At about 3:15 p.m. on June 9, on National Highway 7A in Khe Choang village, Chau Khe commune, Con Cuong district, a working group of Chau Khe commune police was on patrol when they discovered two young men doing a "wheelie" on a motorbike with license plate 37C1-13508. The working group conducted an inspection and asked them to return to the headquarters to work.

During the investigation, the two suspects confessed that the driver of the motorbike was Nguyen Van Th. (born in 2003), residing in Chau Dinh village, Chau Khe commune; the person sitting behind was Nguyen Dinh Tien D. (born in 2004), residing in Hoi Son commune, Anh Son district.
The acts of revving the engine, speeding, and doing wheelies violate the Traffic Law, endangering the lives of other road users and disrupting social safety and order.
It is known that previously, these two subjects were riding a motorbike and had their vehicle confiscated by the Traffic Police Team of Con Cuong District Police for violating the Traffic Law. The two subjects have not yet completedfine payment procedures,but went home and got another motorbike to continue "revving and doing wheelies".
Currently, Chau Khe Commune Police have handed over the two subjects and the vehicle to the Traffic Police Team of Con Cuong District Police for handling according to the provisions of law.
