Specifically, as previously reported by Nghe An Newspaper, at around 11:00 a.m. on October 24, according to the image taken by a person behind, traveling on NamYangJu - Dasan road,In the direction of Mai Hac De street, Vinh city recorded, there were 4 young men riding 2 motorbikes with license plates 37B3 - 013.39 and 37LA - 026.85, traveling parallel, all 4 of them were not wearing helmets. Among them, 2 young men wearing school uniforms were riding motorbike with license plate 37LA - 026.85, while driving, suddenly did a wheelie and fell onto the street immediately after.
The actions of the two male students were not only dangerous to themselves, but also caused outrage and danger to other vehicles on the road.
After receiving the information, the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police verified and summoned the relevant people to work. Here, the children admitted their violations and confessed that the driver of the motorbike with license plate 37B3 - 013.39, born in 2001, was a student at Vinh University, and was carrying a child born in 2009, a student at Quan Bau Secondary School.
The two children riding the motorbike with license plate 37LA - 026.85, not wearing helmets and doing wheelies, were both born in 2009 and are students at Quan Bau Secondary School. The incident happened right after school and on their way home.

Currently, the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police has coordinated with families and schools to deter, educate and handle according to the law the vehicle owners for the act of handing over the vehicle to people who are not qualified to drive the vehicle in traffic.
