Two young men were fined for posting a wheelie on social media
(Baonghean.vn) - On October 26, the Traffic Police - Order Team, Anh Son District Police, made a record of administrative violations against NTV and NVK, both residing in Anh Son District, for traffic violations.
Previously, on social networks, images of two young men riding a motorbike with license plate 37M1-358.01, traveling on Tri Le Industrial Park road, in village 4, Khai Son commune, Anh Son district, without wearing helmets appeared.wheeliemotorbike.

From the information provided by the people, the Traffic Police - Order Team of Anh Son District Police verified and invited the two young men in the above images and clips, along with family representatives to work.

At the meeting, the two young men confessed that they were NTA (born in 2005), residing in Hoi Son commune, Anh Son district, and NVK (born in 2004), residing in Tuong Son commune, Anh Son district, and admitted that the violation took place at 3:00 p.m. on October 15, 2022. The motorbike with license plate 37M1-358.01 belonged to NVK's family and the person who directly drove the vehicle and performed the wheelie was NTA.

NVK was fined for administrative violations for handing over the vehicle to an unqualified person. The total amount of violations was VND 10,900,000 and the vehicle was temporarily impounded.
