Fined 2 young men driving 'wheelies', filming clip and posting on social media
(Baonghean.vn) - Two young men who rode a motorbike "wheelie" without wearing a helmet and then filmed the clip and posted it on social media have just been summoned and dealt with by the police.
On March 1, Quy Hop District Police said that the unit had just issued a decision to administratively fine LVT, born in 2005, residing in Ban Teo hamlet, Chau Cuong commune, for the following acts: Goingcar controlDriving a two-wheeled vehicle on one wheel; Not wearing a helmet; Persons aged 16 to under 18 driving a motorbike with a cylinder capacity of 50 cm3 or more; Carrying a passenger on the vehicle without wearing a helmet.

The total fine is 4.25 million VND and a fine of 1.4 million VND is imposed on Ms. VTN for the act of handing over the vehicle to a person who is not qualified to use it according to the provisions of law.
Previously, on January 25, 2022, Quy Hop District Police discovered a clip posted on the social network "Facebook" recording images of two young men driving a motorbike without wearing a helmet and "wheelie"vehicle" while traveling on Highway 48C in Quy Hop town.

After receiving the information, Quy Hop District Police verified and identified the driver in the clip as LVT and the person sitting behind as N.D.A, born in 2005, residing in Hop Tien hamlet, Chau Tien commune, Quy Hop district.
Afterwards, the District Police invited Mr. T and Mr. D to the headquarters for questioning. Both admitted to being the drivers in the clip above. The District Police made a record and issued a decision to handle administrative violations according to the law.
