The four young men include: Pit Van Nhun (born in 1995), Pit Van Sam (born in 1984), Loong Van Nam (born in 1995), and Lu Van Tha (born in 1955), all residing in Xop Tip village, Muong Tip commune, Ky Son district.

Evidence collected at the scene was an electric shock device and aquatic animals that the four young men used the electric shock to catch.

In addition, the working group also discovered three young men: Luong Van Cuong (born in 1979), La Van Sao (born in 1994) and La Van Toan (born in 1988), all residing in Canh village, Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district, who illegally resided, exploited aquatic products and traveled in the border area.

Muong Ai Border Guard Station has completed the file, imposed an administrative fine of 15 million VND, and confiscated 1 electric shock device and 9 hook devices.
