"Following the media, I know that the Prime Minister and the People's Committee of Nghe An province have directed the temporary suspension of business, service, entertainment activities... to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic, I fully support. This morning (March 27), I decided to close the restaurant, give employees a temporary leave and strictly follow the direction.

Although closing the restaurant at this time will cause difficulties for the economy and lives of business households, however, for the health of ourselves, our families and the community, we are all happy to accept it."

"Recently, business at the restaurant has encountered many difficulties, people are worried about the epidemic, causing the number of customers to decrease seriously. However, this is also a common difficulty for businesses, not just one person, so we all have to accept and encourage each other to overcome it.

Given the complicated developments of the epidemic, temporarily suspending business at this time is reasonable and we will strictly comply. We just hope that the epidemic will soon pass so that we can stabilize our business again...".

"The Government and the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued an official dispatch banning mass gatherings and requesting the suspension of entertainment, sports, and recreational activities... This is an urgent action, in line with the people's wishes, and we all support it.

For rural districts, there are not many types of businesses and services, however, the awareness of a part of the people is still not high, there are still crowded gatherings in many locations, in markets that do not strictly comply with wearing masks in public places, therefore, propaganda work must be given top priority by the authorities at this time to raise the spirit of fighting the epidemic, especially in rural, remote and isolated areas.

"We strongly support the State and Nghe An province's decision to temporarily suspend cultural, sports, and service business activities... to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic, because the epidemic is currently complicated and many people are very worried...

However, I hope that the authorities of Nghe An province need to strengthen inspection and review of business and entertainment venues to seriously implement this issue, because in reality, in other localities, there have been situations where, despite hanging signs of suspension of operations, service business owners still open "illegally" to do business secretly, bypassing the authorities. This is an extremely dangerous act because it has the potential to spread the epidemic to the community."

"Block 8, Truong Thi Ward, is located next to Vinh University, so there are many shops, business services, and entertainment, so there are also many crowded places here. Grasping the direction of the Prime Minister and the People's Committee of Nghe An province, this morning (March 27), I announced on the block's loudspeaker to request the temporary suspension of business activities, services... in accordance with the direction.

At the same time, we will work with the ward's functional forces to regularly inspect shops, businesses and services. If there are violations, especially if they still deliberately operate, we will make a record and report to superiors for punishment according to State regulations."
