Yen Thanh: 200 students join in irrigation work
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 23, at Tang Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district People's Committee held a launching ceremony for irrigation work in 2016.
In 2016, the district-wide irrigation campaign was launched from October 23 to November 30 with the goal of ensuring irrigation water for winter crops and preparing for spring production in 2017, and coping with climate change.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, nearly 200 students of Yen Thanh 2 High School, along with cadres, party members, union members, youth and people of 9 hamlets of Tang Thanh commune, dredged, repaired, cleared and built banks and embankments of the entire 2 km of N8B canal./.
