Yen Thanh: Presenting nearly 200 gifts to Agent Orange victims
(Baonghean.vn) - On August 9, the Association of Agent Orange Victims of Yen Thanh district presented 198 gifts to families of Agent Orange victims in the district, on the occasion of the 57th anniversary of the Agent Orange disaster in Vietnam, August 10, 1961 - August 10, 2018.

Sharing the physical and mental pain that Agent Orange victims are suffering, the Association of Agent Orange Victims of Yen Thanh district has kindly encouraged and visited them, hoping that the families will overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
On this occasion, the District Association presented 198 gifts, including 78 gifts from the province and 120 gifts from the district, each worth 300,000 VND. Previously, the Yen Thanh District Association of Agent Orange Victims invested in supporting the renovation of 3 houses for Agent Orange victims, worth 40 million VND, invested in a model of 10 million VND for victims to develop the economy, and guided 9 communes to lend interest-free capital to members, helping members develop the economy and stabilize their lives./.
