(Baonghean.vn) - After a loud explosion came from the kitchen area of a house in Tan An commune, Tan Ky district, people discovered a male student and a boy seriously injured lying on the floor.
At around 7:00 p.m. on January 28, a loud explosion occurred in the kitchen of the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi V. (born in 1958), residing in Do Luong hamlet, Tan An commune (Tan Ky).

Immediately afterwards, people nearby rushed to the scene and discovered Mrs. V.'s two grandchildren, Bui Nguyen Thuan M. (born in 2005) and Dang Dinh Danh Ph. (born in 2015), both living in Do Luong hamlet, Tan An commune (Tan Ky), seriously injured lying on the floor. People took the two children to the Tan Ky District Medical Center for emergency treatment.
However, due to the seriousness of his injuries, Bui Nguyen Thuan M. died, while Dang Dinh Danh Phu gradually recovered after a period of emergency treatment and is now in stable health.
At about 9:00 p.m. the same day, the police investigation agency (Tan Ky District Police) arrived and conducted a crime scene investigation and autopsy to determine the cause of the incident./.
