(Baonghean.vn) - The report of the Working Group to promote administrative reform and improve the investment environment in Nghe An shows that recently, 100% of administrative procedure records through the Provincial Public Administration Service Center have been digitized.

Carrying out the assigned tasks, from May 15 to June 14, Working Group 2416 (Working Group established by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2416/QD-UBND to promote administrative reform, improve the investment and business environment and foreign investment cooperation) actively directed units to implement many tasks to continue promoting administrative reform, strongly improving the investment environment; at the same time, focusing on removing difficulties and obstacles for businesses and people.
At the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, 21,969 records were received and processed last month (17,789 newly received records, 4,180 records transferred from the previous period). Specifically, the processing is as follows:
+ 16,840 files have been resolved, of which 16,263 files were resolved on time or before deadline (96.57%); 577 files were resolved after deadline (3.4%)
+ Files under processing: 4,707 files; files awaiting additional information: 51 files; files returned or withdrawn by people and businesses: 101 files;
+ The number of records received via online public services at levels 3 and 4 is: 3,993 records, a rate of 22.8%. Units with a large number of records received online include the Departments of Industry and Trade (1,978/1,997, a rate of 99.05%); Health (281/800, a rate of 35.13%); Finance (231/237, a rate of 97.47%); Planning and Investment (1,018/1,254, a rate of 81.18%);...
+ Number of uses of public postal services: 6,471 times, including home submission and return of results services.
At the same time, the Center continues to coordinate with the Departments, branches and sectors with administrative procedures (AP) implemented at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center to review and compile statistics on APs under its jurisdiction to link the digitization of records, documents and results of administrative procedure settlement with the process of receiving and processing administrative procedures at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center. Up to now, 100% of APs received at the Center have been digitized.
In the coming time, Working Group 2416 will continue to advise the Provincial People's Committee to deploy tasks to implement the Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 in Nghe An province; Focus on guiding the digitization of records and results of administrative procedure settlement; standardize, connect, integrate, and share results of administrative procedure settlement, list of documents, administrative procedure records on the national public service portal; guide people and businesses on utilities when using online public services; actively apply information technology and digital transformation to contribute to creating efficiency in the work of handling administrative procedures.
At the same time, effectively deploy solutions so that 100% of administrative procedure settlement records under the authority are carried out through the Provincial Administrative Procedure Settlement Information System and publicize the level of satisfaction of people when using online public services. At the same time, the working group urges departments, branches and units to proactively synthesize recommendations of organizations and individuals related to investment attraction for timely handling according to their authority; promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on matters beyond their authority for timely consideration, resolution and removal of obstacles and difficulties for organizations and individuals, contributing to creating a new breakthrough in socio-economic development and investment attraction of the province.
