100% of blocks and hamlets in Hung Nguyen district have party cells.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 17, the Steering Committee of Project 01 DA-TU dated August 10, 2016 of the Provincial Party Committee had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Hung Nguyen District Party Committee on the situation of "building Party cells and developing Party members in blocks, hamlets and villages that do not have Party cells or Party members and blocks, hamlets and villages that are at risk of having no Party cells or Party members".

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc chaired the meeting. Also attending were Comrade Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front, Provincial Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Veterans' Association, and Provincial Youth Union.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Public Security Bloc requested the Hung Nguyen District Party Committee to clearly state solutions to bring Resolution 01 into life in a sustainable manner.

Hung Nguyen District Party Committee currently has 58 Party cells, including 13 Party cells in communes and towns; 334 Party cells directly under the Party Committee, including 252 Party cells in hamlets. Over the years, the Party Committee has always paid attention to and improved the Party building work. The quality of Party organizations, cadres and Party members has been constantly improved.

Provincial delegates attended the meeting

Up to now, 55.2% of grassroots party organizations have developed party members; 51% of party cells under the Party Committees of communes and towns have admitted party members; 100% of hamlet party cells in the district have had party cells (90.5% of hamlets have on-site party cells; 9.5% of hamlets have strengthened party cells). Party development work has increased steadily every year. In the period of 2010-2016, 745 party members were admitted, bringing the number of party members to 6,610 comrades, eliminating 02 hamlets with no party members.

Party Committee, Executive Committee of Hamlet 6, Hung Trung Commune (Hung Nguyen) discussed the plan to build new rural areas according to the planning diagram.

However, up to now, there are still 24 hamlets that do not have party members or do not have enough party members to establish a party cell, so it is necessary to increase party members to establish a party cell, and 5 hamlets are at risk of no longer having a party cell.

Comrade Hoang Van Phi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee presented specific solutions of the district to implement Project 01.

After the Provincial Party Committee issued Project 01, the Standing Committee of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee issued a decision to establish a steering committee for the project, plan No. 20/KH/HU on the plan to organize, disseminate and implement the Project. In which, the roadmap to 2020 focuses on improving the quality of Party cell activities in conjunction with well implementing the work of training and developing new Party members, gradually reducing the number of hamlets without Party cells or Party members. Building a team of cadres and Party members with sufficient qualities, capacity, responsibility, solidarity and close attachment to the people, proactively detecting and promptly resolving difficulties and problems at the grassroots level.

Comrade Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee (Organization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee) highly appreciated the preparation and detailed planning work to implement Project 01 of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee.

At the meeting, the Provincial Steering Committee requested that departments, unions, and local Party committees in Hung Nguyen district focus on analyzing difficulties and obstacles, propose solutions, and clearly identify which issues are under the authority of the district and commune, which issues belong to the province and related departments to bring Project 01 into life in a sustainable manner.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong acknowledged the efforts of the Party Committees of Hung Nguyen district in building and consolidating grassroots party organizations, especially in special areas in recent times. In order to effectively implement Project 01, the provincial steering committee requested Hung Nguyen district to focus on innovating propaganda work, paying attention to the work of creating cadre sources; training and developing party members; At the same time, consolidate and improve the quality of activities of the grassroots political system, promote the core role of village party cells, and combine to perfect mass organizations in a specialized and quality direction./.
