The arrested subjects include: Tran Anh Tuan, the homeowner; Tran Xuan Thang (born in 1986), residing in Hung Hoa commune; Pham Hong Thach (born in 1986), residing in Dong Vinh ward; Dang Cong Hieu (born in 1985), residing in Truong Thi ward (Vinh city); Nguyen Canh Tuong (born in 1987), Nguyen Khac Hiep (born in 1976), residing in Do Luong district; Pham Cong Dao (born in 1994), residing in Thanh Chuong district; Tran Quoc The (born in 1990), Bui Van Tai (born in 1994), residing in Nghi Loc district; Le Dinh Doan (born in 1974), Do Don Tien (born in 1986); Do Nguyen Giap (born in 1986); Thieu Van Cao (born in 1985); Nguyen Van The (born in 1988) residing in Thanh Hoa; Do Kien Cuong (born in 1975), residing in Binh Son - Quang Ngai; Nguyen Ngoc Duong (born in 1988), Hoang Tuan Vinh (born in 1989), residing in Yen Khanh - Ninh Binh; Hoang Ngoc Tu (born in 1990), residing in Duc Tho - Ha Tinh; Nguyen Duc Tuan (born in 1987), residing in Khoai Chau - Hung Yen.
Evidence seized at the gambling den included a set of bowls and plates, four dice and VND82 million 250 thousand.
Currently, the city police are completing the case file according to the provisions of law.
