2,468 meritorious people in Nghe An received one-time allowance payment
On April 22 and 23, Steering Committee 24 of districts, cities and towns in Nghe An province organized one-time allowance payments to meritorious people.
This content is to implement one-time subsidy payment according to Decision No. 142/2008/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on implementing the regime for soldiers participating in the resistance war against the US to save the country with less than 20 years of service in the army who have been demobilized and discharged to their localities; Decision 62/2011/QD-TTG of the Prime Minister on implementing the regime and policies for subjects participating in the war to defend the Fatherland and perform international duties in Cambodia, helping Laos after April 30, 1975 who have been demobilized, discharged, or quit their jobs; and according to Decision 49/2015/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister for subjects participating in the frontline laborers in the resistance war against France, against the US, the war to defend the Fatherland and perform international duties.
Specifically, this time, Nghe An province has 2,468 subjects receiving one-time subsidies according to Decisions 142, 62, 49 of the Prime Minister with a total amount of more than 6.6 billion VND.

Of which, payment according to Decision 142 is 15 subjects; Decision 62 is 509 subjects and Decision 49 is 1,944 subjects. The subjects paid are those who directly or are relatives of thosewar participant, performing international duties in Cambodia, Laos and frontline laborers participating in the resistance war against France and the US... but have not yet enjoyed the policies of the Party and the State.

Thanks to good preparation, the payment was organized scientifically, accurately, and to the right subjects. The payment of this subsidy deeply demonstrates the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source, and repay kindness", in order to recognize, honor, and encourage those who have contributed to the cause of national liberation, national defense, and international missions.
In addition to the money received, all those who have contributed have also been awarded certificates of participation in the frontline civilian labor force, and are entitled to preferential treatment from the State, including health insurance cards and funeral expenses upon death.
