2 men "hugged" 3 kg of crystal meth, 2,000 drug pills to town to sell for profit
(Baonghean.vn) - At noon on March 17, Que Phong District Police successfully broke up Project 318D, arresting two men who were carrying 3 kg of crystal meth and 2,000 synthetic drug pills for sale.

After a period of surveillance, at around 11:00 a.m. on March 17, Que Phong District Police arrested Xong Xai Ho (1957) and Xong Ba Tong (1988), both residing in Muong Long village, Tri Le commune (Que Phong).while engaging in illegal drug trafficking.
Evidence seized at the scene was 3 kg of crystal meth and 2,000 synthetic drug pills.
At the investigation agency, these two subjects confessed to buying the above drugs from a stranger of Lao nationality. They were arrested on the way to Kim Son town (Que Phong) to sell.

Immediately after receiving the news, leaders of the District Party Committee and People's Committee of Que Phong district came to congratulate and award 20 million VND to the Project Team; District Party Secretary Lu Dinh Thi awarded 3 million VND; Que Phong District Police awarded 10 million VND to officers and soldiers participating in the project.
