200 delegatesOutstanding ethnic minority children and children with difficult circumstances who have achieved good academic results in Nghe An province came to offer flowers and incense to pay tribute to the heroic spirit of President Ho Chi Minh.
The delegates expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of the Party and people, who devoted and sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation, class liberation, for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and humanity.
