As planned, the 9th National Patriotic Emulation Congress will take place on December 6 and 7 at the National Convention Center, Hanoi, with the theme "Solidarity, creativity, emulation to build and protect the Fatherland."

The Congress had 2,000 delegates, including 1,800 official delegates and 200 invited guests, 101 delegates were "National Emulation Fighters", 167 delegates were representatives of collectives and individuals awarded the titles "Hero of Labor" and "Hero of the People's Armed Forces".

1,394 delegates are representatives of typical and outstanding collectives and individuals in the fields of politics, economics, society, national defense, security, diplomacy, etc.
