250 athletes attend the 2022 Lotus Village Festival Sports Competition
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 15, at the Kim Lien Commune Sports Stadium, the People's Committee of Nam Dan district coordinated with the Department of Culture and Sports to organize the opening ceremony of the 2022 Nghe An Province Lotus Village Festival Sports Competition.
Attending the ceremony were Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; representatives of the District Party Committee and People's Committee of Nam Dan district.

This year’s competition has nearly 250 athletes from 14 districts, cities and towns in the province competing in volleyball and traditional martial arts. Volleyball will be the men’s volleyball event; traditional martial arts will compete for 29 sets of medals.
It is known that the competitions will take place tomorrow morning. The tournament will last until May 18.
