On the afternoon of February 19, in Huu Kiem commune (Ky Son), while on a patrol, the reconnaissance team of Ky Son district police discovered and caught 4 subjects gambling for money.
They are Vi Thi Ne, born in 1977; Vi Thi Hong, born in 1988; Quang Thi Kham, born in 1990; Luong Thi Tien, born in 1984, all residing in Chieu Luu commune (Ky Son).
