Currently, the authorities are urgently working to clear the road and ensure safety for people and vehicles.

National Highway 48 has 8 deep flooding points and 9 dangerous landslides.

Due to the impact of storm No. 10, on National Highway 48, there were a series of deep flooding and landslides, causing serious traffic jams.
A truck was discovered carrying 48 buffaloes and cows of unknown origin and without quarantine papers.

Bach Ha Commune Police, Nghe An Province said that the unit had just coordinated with the Office of the Investigation Police Agency and Traffic Police Team No. 2 under the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province Police to discover a truck transporting 48 buffaloes and cows of unknown origin, without animal quarantine certificates as prescribed.
