60 Nghe An students with high scores in the National High School Exam were honored
(Baonghean.vn) - This is the 8th time the Ceremony to honor excellent students and students with high scores in Nghe An has been held.
Accordingly, in this school year, the People's Committee of Nghe An province will award 60 students with high scores in the National High School Exam for the 2017-2018 school year according to each subject group. Currently, the Department of Education and Training has compiled a list to submit to the Provincial People's Committee.
It is expected that this year there will be 5 groups awarded, in which group A (Math - Physics - Chemistry) and group B (Math - Chemistry - Biology) will take from 29 points, group C (Literature - History - Geography) will take from 28 points, group A1 (Math - Physics - English) will take from 28.5 points and group D (Literature - Math - English) will take from 27.95 points.
Thus, compared to the previous school year, this year the number of students expected to receive awards is higher. However, the scores have also increased many times, with the highest increase being in group C from 25.75 points to 28 points.

In addition, it is expected that 101 students will be awarded for their high achievements in regional and international Olympic competitions and winning prizes at the National Excellent Student Competition. Of these, 7 students will win regional and international prizes with 2 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals, 1 Consolation Prize and 1 First Prize in the essay writing competition. 88 national excellent students will win 7 First Prizes, 29 Second Prizes, 30 Third Prizes and 22 Consolation Prizes. In addition, 6 students will win First Prize, Third Prize and Consolation Prize at the National Science and Technology Competition for high school students.
This is the 8th time Nghe An has organized a ceremony to honor students who have won international, regional and national awards. According to the plan, the program will be held at 8:00 p.m. on August 26, 2017 at the Provincial Labor Culture House and will be broadcast live on television.
