At Dinh Chien sand and gravel business in Hamlet 3, Dien Dong Commune, although it has only been in operation for 2 months, it has received many complaints from local people about causing traffic safety and environmental pollution. Along with encroaching on Highway 7B corridor by 5m as a gathering place, the business has not completed business procedures.

In Dien Xuan, the owner of a facility, citing the fact that it had just started operating in October this year, ignored the conditions for legal business.
