How does a 9X run a 'huge' gambling den?
Only 28 years old, Thanh "cow" is extremely smart, running the gambling den in a sophisticated way. Not only that, many gangsters also obey the orders of this 9X.
On September 14, the Criminal Police Department (C02, Ministry of Public Security) is consolidating the case file to prosecute 38 people for the acts of Organizing Gambling and Gambling. All of these people were arrested at the gambling den in the house at 171/127 Nguyen Tu Gian, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City.

Under Thanh's command are also notorious gangsters such as Pham Van Tuan (45 years old, from Hai Phong), Le Ba Son (44 years old, from Thanh Hoa), Tran Van Pho (27 years old, living in District 12). All of them obediently follow the orders of the 9X "boss".
To keep the gambling den running smoothly, Thanh “cow” assigned specific tasks to his juniors. Accordingly, Thanh directly organized and collected the rake. Tung “scar” took the rake and lent money to the gamblers. Son was responsible for shaking the dice, dividing the odds and evens. Pho collected the rake and directly rented the location.
To avoid detection, Thanh “cow” directed his underlings to rent multiple locations at the same time. When renting a house, the “boss” often told his underlings to dress politely and introduce themselves as doing proper jobs.
“The people who came to rent the house introduced themselves as real estate agents and spoke very politely. But when they moved in, I saw that they were all tattooed people. At that time, I was scared, but the house was already rented out,” the owner of house number 171/127 shared.
Gambling billionsAfter having a location, Thanh "cow" rotated the operators to avoid being monitored by the police. When gamblers came to gamble, they usually did not drive their cars or motorbikes straight to the gambling den, but parked their vehicles about 1 km away and were picked up by Thanh "cow's" henchmen.

Once inside, the gate was always locked. So, the neighbors next door had no idea about the gambling den.
Police said the amount of money gambled by the gamblers in each game was huge. At the time of arrest, some people said they had lost more than 1 billion VND. In addition, this group also lent money to gamblers at "exorbitant" interest rates. According to the notebook, the amount of money gamblers borrowed was more than 2.3 billion VND.
“This group operates quite sophisticatedly, changing locations frequently. Detecting these gambling dens is not easy. Detectives must follow professional gamblers from the North to solve the case,” said the leader of Department 4, Criminal Police Department.
At around 5pm yesterday, the police suddenly sealed off the house at 171/127 Nguyen Tu Gian, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City. Nearly a hundred police officers, including criminal police, special forces and Ho Chi Minh City Police, raided and caught dozens of people red-handed gambling in the form of dice shaking.
At the gambling table, the police found over 300 million VND along with many tools and records of gambling activities. In addition, 5 cars and 8 motorbikes of the subjects were temporarily detained to serve the investigation.
