Muong Ai Primary School was the school that suffered the most damage from the two floods in late July and mid-August. During this period, the floods swept away four teachers' houses, forcing 15 teachers to find temporary accommodation. In addition, all school supplies and school supplies were submerged in mud, and many classrooms were damaged.

To prepare for the opening ceremony, the teachers and parents of the school had to work continuously for many days. However, in early September, there was a time when it rained continuously, so as soon as the cleaning was finished, heavy rains washed mud from upstream. It was not until yesterday (September 4) that the preparations for the new school year were basically completed.
The opening ceremony of teachers and students of Muong Ai Primary School this morning was held quite solemnly, although the opening ceremonies were not as neat as in previous school years.
In the ceremony, in addition to delegates from Hanoi and the Department of Education and Training, there was also full participation of teachers from the main school, 5 satellite schools and many parents from neighboring villages.
