Mr. Son: Meeting with district leaders with 21 communes and towns in the area

Attending the event were comrades: Dang Thanh Tung - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council; Nguyen Van Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee; Nguyen Huu Sang - Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the District People's Committee; and comrades in the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee; representatives of departments, agencies, and mass organizations at the district level; Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman of the People's Committee, Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of 21 communes and towns; heads of villages, blocks, and hamlets in the district.

At the conference, delegates listened to reports on the socio-economic situation, national defense and security in the first 10 months of the year, tasks for the last 2 months of 2018 and key directions and tasks in 2019; Report on the implementation results of 135 opinions and recommendations of voters at the meeting of the District People's Committee with leaders of the People's Committees of communes, towns, heads of villages, hamlets and blocks in 2017, specifically in the fields of: construction investment; transportation, electricity; agriculture; natural resources and environment, granting of land use rights; culture - society.

Also at the conference, village, block and hamlet heads of 252 villages, blocks and hamlets in Anh Son district frankly shared their concerns and difficulties regarding socio-economic issues in the area such as: Slow procedures for granting land use right certificates to people, especially 4 villages in Cao Veu (Phuc Son); slow construction progress of some roads; attention and support for people with incurable and dangerous diseases; compensation for damages to people due to the consequences of hydropower plant flood discharge; illegal mining in Con Ke and Con Mang areas...

After listening to the feedback, Chairman of the District People's Committee Nguyen Huu Sang acknowledged and accepted the frank sharing and comments of the delegates and discussed and clarified related issues and contents.

At the same time, assign agencies, departments, branches, unions, communes and towns to urgently review and consider resolving satisfactorily in the shortest time the concerns and aspirations of village and hamlet cadres and people, in order to consolidate prestige and enhance practical effectiveness in leadership and direction of Party committees and grassroots authorities.

Thereby creating consensus to effectively implement the socio-economic development plan, ensure national defense and security and do a good job of Party building in the district, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 20th Anh Son District Party Congress, term 2015 - 2020.
