The content of the telegram clearly stated: According to the bulletin of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting: At 1:00 p.m. on October 22, the center of the tropical depression was located at about 20.1 degrees North latitude; 119.6 degrees East longitude, in the eastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 6, gusting to level 8.

Forecast in the next 24 hours, the tropical depression will move westward, traveling 15-20km per hour, the strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is level 6-7, gusting to level 9. Natural disaster risk level 3 in the North East Sea area.

To proactively respond to the tropical depression and minimize damage, the Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue and Civil Defense requests: Steering Committees for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue of the districts: Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Nghi Loc; towns: Cua Lo, Hoang Mai; Provincial Border Guard Command; North Central Region Hydrometeorological Station; Nghe An Radio and Television Station, Nghe An Newspaper, Ben Thuy Coastal Information Station; Department of Fisheries and related agencies and units to immediately implement some necessary contents:

Closely monitor the development of tropical depressions, notify owners of vehicles and captains of ships and boats (including transport ships and tourist ships) operating at sea of ​​the location, direction of movement and development of tropical depressions to proactively avoid, escape or not move into dangerous areas.

Accordingly, the dangerous area in the East Sea in the next 24 hours is determined from latitude 17.5 to 21.5 degrees North; east of longitude 112.5 degrees East.

Localities and relevant units organize monitoring and counting of ships and boats operating in the area affected by the tropical depression; strictly manage means of transport going out to sea; maintain regular communication with owners of means of transport to promptly handle bad situations that may occur; be ready with measures to ensure safety for people and property in aquaculture and seafood farming areas.

The telegram also requested relevant agencies to immediately carry out the contents of assigned tasks.

The North Central Region Hydrometeorological Station closely monitors, forecasts, warns, and promptly informs about the development of tropical depressions to proactively deploy response measures.

Nghe An Radio and Television Station, Nghe An Newspaper, Ben Thuy Coastal Information Station and mass media agencies strengthen measures to inform about the developments of natural disasters to authorities at all levels, owners of vehicles operating at sea and people to proactively prevent and respond.
