Implementing some Directives and Resolutions of the Party
Attending the conference were comrades: Vo Van Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Tran Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Provincial Party Committee reporters, leaders of the Propaganda Departments of districts, cities, town Party Committees, affiliated Party Committees, the Fatherland Front Committee, provincial-level organizations, deputy directors of political centers of districts, cities, towns.
At the conference, the reporters heard comrade Nguyen Van Truong - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Planning and Investment report on the situation.socio-economicand investment attraction work of the province in 2022, key tasks in 2023.

Comrade Phan Thi Minh Ly - Head of the Department of Political Theory and Party History, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department informed and disseminated Directive No. 20, dated December 12, 2022 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in sending Vietnamese workers to work abroad in the new situation; Resolution No. 36, dated January 30, 2023 of the Politburo on developing and applying biotechnology to serve the country's sustainable development in the new situation; Conclusion No. 48, dated January 30, 2023 of the Politburo on continuing to implementadministrative arrangementdistrict and commune levels, period 2023 - 2030.
It emphasizes the need to focus on propaganda, education, raising awareness and creating consensus, support and high unity among Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, cadres, Party members and people in implementing the Party's Directives, Resolutions and Conclusions.
Conclusion No. 48 of the Politburo sets out the requirements:
- By 2025, complete the arrangement of district- and commune-level administrative units that simultaneously meet both standards of natural area and population size below 70% of the regulations; district-level administrative units simultaneously meet standards of natural area below 20% and population size below 200% of the regulations; commune-level administrative units simultaneously meet standards of natural area below 20% and population size below 300% of the regulations.
- By 2030, complete the arrangement of remaining district and commune-level administrative units with both standards of natural area and population size below 100% of regulations; district-level administrative units simultaneously have standards of natural area below 30% and population size below 200% of regulations; commune-level administrative units simultaneously have standards of natural area below 30% and population size below 300% of regulations.
Comrade Ngo Cong Manh - Head of Information and Synthesis Department, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, provided an overview of the world situation and foreign affairs activities of the Party, State, and people's diplomacy in 2022, forecasting the world situation and foreign affairs tasks in 2023.

It requires Party committees, Party organizations, propaganda departments, training departments, the Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at the provincial level to focus on propagating the contents informed, disseminated and thoroughly grasped at the conference on the basis of closely following the situation of the locality and unit to filter out propaganda content with focus associated with the implementation of the political tasks of their units.
Organize propaganda about major events and holidays, such as the 110th anniversary of the birth of comrade Chu Huy Man (March 17, 1913 - March 17, 2023) - a typical senior leader of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution; propaganda about the Border Guard's traditional day and the National Border Guard Day; International Women's Day; the founding day of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
The Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department also requested Party committees, Party organizations, reporters and propagandists at all levels to proactively and actively propagate the fight to protect the Party's ideological foundation, in conjunction with the propaganda of the "Third Political Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation in 2023" to attract a large number of cadres, Party members and people from all walks of life at home and abroad, and foreigners interested in Vietnam to participate, expressing their awareness, feelings, enthusiasm and responsibility for the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, contributing to creating strong changes in the implementation of Resolution No. 35, dated October 22, 2018 of the 12th Politburo on "Strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation".
