Shot and injured 2 people while using guns to resolve disputes

Regarding the above case, the Investigation Police Agency of Thuong Tin District Police has issued a decision to initiate criminal proceedings; prosecute the accused and execute temporary detention orders against 4 subjects for 3 crimes.

Among them, Nguyen Ba Bang (born in 1991, residing in My Hung commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi), a subject with 2 previous convictions for resisting law enforcement officers and gambling, was prosecuted for 3 acts of murder and illegal possession.military weaponsand concealment of crimes.

Nguyen Van Phuc (born 2000, permanent residence in Duyen Thai commune, Thuong Tin district) and Nguyen Minh Hieu (born 1998, permanent residence in Vinh Quynh commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi) were prosecuted for murder, as accomplices; Nguyen Huu Tho (born 1987, permanent residence in Duyen Thai commune, Thuong Tin district) was prosecuted for investigation of concealing a crime.

At about 9:30 p.m. on April 2, Mr. NVT (born in 2002, residing in Vinh Quynh commune) and Mr. CHD (born in 2001, residing in Ngoc Hoi commune, Thanh Tri district) and a group of friends were standing on the road of Lieu Ngoai village, Khanh Ha commune, Thuong Tin district when suddenly a taxi approached, a subject sitting in the passenger seat pulled out a gun and shot 1. The shooting seriously injured two victims, who had to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.

Upon receiving the information, Thuong Tin District Police coordinated with relevant agencies to investigate and verify. Based on the initial statements of the victims and the information collected, Thuong Tin District Police and the Criminal Police Department determined that the incident arose from a conflict over the management and brokerage of young girls serving at karaoke bars.

The Criminal Police Team of Thuong Tin District Police coordinated with functional units including the Criminal Police Department, Thuong Tin District Police and Thanh Oai District Police to create portraits of the perpetrators, Nguyen Van Phuc and Nguyen Minh Hieu; at the same time, they persuaded the two subjects to surrender to the police. Based on the statements of Phuc and Hieu, they clarified and issued an emergency arrest warrant for Nguyen Huu Tho.

During the investigation, it was initially determined that: The case originated from a conflict over the management and brokerage of young girls serving at karaoke bars. On the evening of April 2, the group of perpetrators in this case gathered at a beer bar and then went to find the opposing group that was having a conflict to resolve. At about 9:30 p.m. the same day, the group saw NVT and CHD in Thuong Tin district and stopped the car. The subject sitting in the passenger seat pulled out a gun and pulled the trigger, injuring the two victims T and D in the chest, arms, neck, and face, and they had to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. The case is currently under further investigation and clarification.
