The Secretariat organized a conference to study and disseminate Resolution of the 12th National Congress.
The national conference of cadres on studying and implementing the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress, organized by the Central Party Secretariat, took place at the National Convention Center (Hanoi) on April 19 and 20.

At this conference, key cadres of agencies, units and localities nationwide were directly presented by Party and State leaders; Politburo members and Party Central Committee Secretaries presented the basic and core contents that had been discussed, resolved and approved by the 12th Party Congress, such as: Resolution of the 12th Party Congress; Political Report; Report on the assessment and review of the implementation of the 5-year socio-economic development tasks 2011-2015 and the direction and tasks of socio-economic development for the 5-year period 2016-2020; Report summarizing the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present".
On the basis of the conference organized by the Secretariat, each Party committee, Party organization, agency, unit, and locality nationwide, based on the specific situation, proactively develops plans, organizes the study, dissemination, and effective implementation of the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress.
In studying and thoroughly grasping, each locality and unit needs to focus on studying and grasping the basic viewpoints, guiding thoughts, core contents, and new issues of the Resolution of the 12th Congress; focusing mainly on the assessment and forecast of the situation, general goals, important targets, tasks and solutions, especially the 6 key tasks in the 5 years of 2016-2020 stated in the Resolution of the 12th Congress; in which it is necessary to pay special attention to the contents related to the industry, field, and tasks of the subjects of study and research for implementation.../.
