The Central Party Secretariat appoints new personnel
On July 3, in Hoa Binh province, the Central Organizing Committee, the Central Economic Committee and the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.

At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, announced Decision No. 1295-QDNS/TW, dated June 21, 2019 of the Party Central Committee Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of Comrade Ngo Van Tuan, Deputy Head of the Central Economic Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee.
On behalf of the Secretariat, comrade Nguyen Van Binh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Economic Commission, presented the decision on transfer and appointment to comrade Ngo Van Tuan.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Binh said that based on the need of Hoa Binh province to add one more Deputy Secretary in charge of the economic sector, the Central Party Secretariat has decided to appoint comrade Ngo Van Tuan to the position of Deputy Secretary of Hoa Binh province. The appointment demonstrates the Central Party Committee's recognition and appreciation of comrade Ngo Van Tuan's contributions during his work. Comrade Nguyen Van Binh believes that in his new position, comrade Ngo Van Tuan will continue to promote his capacity, qualities, intelligence and experience, quickly integrate and coordinate well with comrades in the Party Committee and provincial government, contributing to the construction and development of Hoa Binh province in particular and the country in general.
It is known that Comrade Ngo Van Tuan was born on August 2, 1971, hometown Tien Du, Bac Ninh; graduated with a Master's degree in Economics in Italy, majoring in Finance - Banking. Comrade Ngo Van Tuan has held many management positions such as: Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Finance - Assistant to the Minister of Finance; Director of the Department of Finance of Banks and Financial Institutions; Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Economic Commission./.
