Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission said that, implementing the theme of the year "Skilled Mass Mobilization" 2020 launched by the Central Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and practically celebrating the 90th anniversary of the Party's mass mobilization tradition and competing to achieve achievements to welcome the results of the 19th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission coordinated with the Steering Committees of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" of districts to guide and directly support the material construction of 13 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in extremely difficult areas, ethnic minority areas, and areas with a large number of religious people. The model of building a "Comprehensively strong political system" in Tan Dien religious hamlet, Dong Van commune is one of them.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, comrade Ngoc Kim Nam presented 10 million VND in support for the model.
